Hotel Information
We have a block of rooms at the Days Hotel on University at 2407 University Ave SE, Minneapolis 55414, 612-623-9303. The rate is $105 per night. To get the group rate, mention that this is for the Academic High Altitude Conference.
The hotel is on a light rail line, so it is easy to reach from the airport. It is near the U of MN Minneapolis - handy for pre-conference workshop attendees. We have made arrangements to have some transportation available for those who might need to get from the hotel to St. Catherine University.
Paper Submissions
All paper submissions will be handled by our Janeway system hosted by Iowa State University’s DigitalPress site. Please click on the button below for more information and links to submit your paper! Please note the following dates.

AHAC 2024 Activities

Technical Workshop
For AHAC 2024, we are bringing back the workshops we have done at many of the previous AHAC conferences. More information on this will be coming soon.

Balloon Launch
At every AHAC we have done a balloon launch either during or to kick-off the conference. We will be doing that again, but we will be announcing some opportunities for AHAC 2024. Stay tuned for more information.

Conference
AHAC will be held for two days towards the end of the week-long event. Presentations, keynote speakers, and a poster event are all planned for AHAC 2024.
